Indiana ASA

As mandated by the ASA National Board of Directors, each 2012 Junior Olympic Championship Play team (includes all qualifiers and state tournaments) must have at least one coach within the field of play/dugout ACE Certified in order to participate in Championship Play.  The ACE Certification includes a background check. It is highly recommended that all coaches associated with JO Teams complete the ACE Certification program in 2012.

Also required for 2012 Championship Play, each adult on the field or in the dugout must be background checked.  This includes anyone helping a team warm up on the field prior to or during the game and anyone sitting in the dugout during the game (including scorekeepers).

Any team not registered with ASA may play in these tournaments for an additional $25.  However, if you are not registered you are not eligible for the berths.

*All tournaments listed below (except Regional or National Qualifiers) are qualifiers for Indiana ASA teams only.  Any team may play, but only Indiana ASA registered teams are eligible for the berths.
