Indiana ASA

The entry deadline for all Men's State Tournaments is the Monday proceding the event at 5 p.m. Eastern. At that time the Tournament Director must have:

1. All teams participating in Indiana ASA State Championship Tournaments must be registered Indiana ASA teams. To register, contact your local District Commissioner or contact the tournament director. The team registration fee is a one-time fee of $25.
2. Entry fee check: $260 or $285 (see above).
3. A completed State Tournament entry form
4. A completed Championship Roster – This writeable roster form can be printed and used as the Official Roster and Waiver of Liability. This two (2) page form must be printed on front and back of the same sheet of paper. All information should be completed, including player signatures and initials. When obtaining signature from your local District Commissioner, please have additional copies available so that he/she may retain a copy. For any questions regarding this roster form, please contact your local District Commissioner. Entries submitted to State Tournaments without the signature of the local District Commissioner will be charged an additional $25 to register the team.
   
   

Tournament brackets will be paired and teams notified by email or telephone by Tuesday evening. Brackets will be posted on this website as soon as they are made available.

Indiana ASA will pay the entry fee to the ASA National Tournament for the winner, or highest placing advancing team, for each adult state tournament where a national championship exists. The entry fee will be paid to the team advancing after proof of their participation in the national championship is confirmed (this process takes about three weeks after the National Tournament).
